Just two days left to the Kickstarter.
Today, it’s time I spoke about Shaun Hardcastle, one of the most interesting and most important characters in the history of the Consortium – without him, there would be no Resistance, no Elliot Draigon, and a lot less solidarity on Arawn.
As his name implies, Shaun Hardcastle once led the Big Seven company Hardcastle Haulage – one of only two companies in the Big Seven to have control stay with its founding family. However, he was cast out of the Big Seven, replaced by his three sons as the CEO of the company.
Fleeing from imprisonment, he discovered pirate forces and over the next few years banded them together as an army the likes of which had not been seen since the Bug War with the Ximians.
Attacking Arawn and Aeron, he came extremely close to either destroying or conquering the Consortium.
This piece of artwork is one of my favourites in the book, showing his personality brilliantly in my opinion.
